About the Author
Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Ludhyanvi was born in 1932 in Ludhiana, India. He received his religious education from Darul Uloom Deoband, where he studied under some of the eminent scholars of his time, such as Maulana Husain Ahmad Madani, Maulana Muhammad Zakariyya Kandhalvi, and Maulana Muhammad Idris Kandhalvi. He was also the editor of the monthly magazine Al-Da'wah, which focused on Islamic propagation and education.
He authored more than 100 books and booklets on various Islamic topics, such as creed, jurisprudence, history, biography, spirituality, sects, and contemporary issues. His most famous work is Aap Ke Masail Aur Unka Hal, which he compiled from his fatwas and lectures over a period of 40 years. He also wrote a commentary on Sahih al-Bukhari called Anwar al-Bari.
